1. What are custom graphics?
Custom graphics are a design service for all types of vehicles, delivered as editable vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, CDR).
2. How long does production take?
Production takes 1–2 days, depending on the volume of custom design requests.
3. What about template availability?
We do not provide templates; templates are copyrighted and cannot be shared with others, so you must supply your own template.
4. Will the graphics be resold?
No, each client’s order is unique and not shared with others. If similarities arise, it is not because I shared the design, but rather because a client requested a similar design and I created a new one.
5. Can the graphics be resold?
No, the graphics may only be used for print production and for display purposes on websites or social media
6. What is a custom mockup?
A custom mockup is a service for creating your own mockups for all types of vehicles.
7. What is required to create a mockup?
Mockups are created using a base photo and a full-scale (1:1) template; you must provide both. They are created using Photoshop.
8. How long does mockup production take?
Creating a mockup takes 2–3 days per view, as the entire process is done manually and requires precise selection of all vehicle parts.
9. Can I use the mockup for business?
In principle, the purchased digital file is for personal use—such as creating website previews, client presentations, or display catalogs for websites and social media. Sharing or selling the file to others is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in your website being taken down.
